Earring Care

I use a variety of metals and crystals to make my jewelry! You can read the product descriptions or contact me directly to determine which metals your earrings are made from. All earrings should be kept in a safe, dry area out of direct sunlight when not being worn. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or other substances that may tarnish the metals. Many of my earrings are made with brass charms, which are more affordable than other metals but also have a tendency to tarnish over time. Fortunately, they can be cleaned very easily to get them back to their original condition.

Cleaning Brass

Brass charms can be cleaned easily at home with white vinegar. Saturate a q-tip in white vinegar and dab the charm. Let it sit for about a minute and then gently buff dry. Repeat this process as needed to keep your jewelry looking new!
