Shipping

  • Processing time is between 1-2 weeks. I try to have all orders shipped out by a week after the order is placed, but please note that due to COVID-19 I only ship once a week.

  • If you place separate orders I’ll combine them once I pack everything up and refund you the additional shipping charges.

  • If you enter the incorrect address please email me at [email protected] as soon as possible with your correct address in the email. If your order is shipped to the incorrect address and you have not contacted me it is not my responsibility.

  • If your order is sent back to me for any reason you are responsible for paying for a new shipping label. If you choose to ask for a refund instead, you will be refunded for the price of your items but not the original shipping cost. 

Returns/Refunds

  • All stickers are non returnable. I only accept refunds and returns on embroidered art and jewelry, and I must be contacted within 2 weeks of delivery for you to be eligible to return your items.

  • If your product arrives broken please send me an email at [email protected] with a photo so the issue can be further addressed. I will only offer refunds or discounts if I am contacted within 1 week of your product arriving, after which I am not responsible.

  • The buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning their purchase.
